8 weeks out.
Since my chest infection about a month ago, my cardio has been the equivalent to that of an 80 year old, chain smoking, asthmatic. This does not bode well for me.

So the my next competition isn’t for another 2 months now (as far as I’m aware) meaning some of the pressure is off for a little while.
This chest infection ruined all of my prep for 2 weeks time, so I’m lucky in that way that we’re not competing then. It also means I’m not in any rush to drop this weight that I’ve managed to put on somehow :|

Made myself a little fruit smoothie/dessert thing (not entirely sure what it was but I ate it with a spoon as it was too thick to drink!)
It consisted of:
1 banana
a dash of water
a handful of blueberries
a handful of frozen mixed berries
and one chopped macademia nut.
Wasn’t that bad :)
