Back from my holiday:
Gym tomorrow. Maybe Promethius. I had Belgian waffles, chocolate sauce and ice cream like every day. Constant 30 degree heat. Beautiful beach. Love Portugal.
Second day of Intermittent Fasting
Not going too bad to be honest. The first time I tried it, I failed miserabley and was a mardy cunt. This time round I’ve been feeling fine. Two major factors contributing to feeling good may possibly be: 1) Training in a fasted state. I haven’t noticed a massive drop in intensity, though I have been taking a pre-workout supp to help. 2) The heat. We have crazy hot weather in...
“I think it’s better to just put yourself up against a wall. When you can’t afford to fail, you won’t.” Great quote.

tomorrow, I hope! Holiday for a week with Jo in Portugal. Well deserved. Staying closer to the main town this time so we’ll have more activities to do. Then hopefully… back on the mats! Turn up the intensity. Been thinking a lot about my training and my game. UK watch out! Then next, Europe!

xparkopandax: “I’d rather be defined as a person by what I do in life, than what I don’t do. Just like a dietary restriction or political view, it’s part of a process of personal choice, nothing more than that. I don’t relate to people because of this, nor do I feel a camaraderie with people because of it.” better words could not be said
Another 2-3 weeks
away from being back training. Can’t fucking wait. Tendon is almost healed, just a bit of soreness there. I’ve started running again which is a huge step. I can begin my rehab now. Give it another 2 weeks before I can start sprinting again. Once I can, I know I’ll be ready to train. Sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeet. I cannot wait for TDKR!
